Use TokenTriage with your provider SDK to send requests through your assigned
gateway. Responses keep provider types and carry a TokenTriage request ID.

Start with [installation](/docs/sdks/install) and
[your first request](/docs/sdks/first-request).
The configured clients are an unreleased update available from this checkout.

| Your task | Integration |
|---|---|
| Route backend requests | Configured TokenTriage client and official OpenAI SDK |
| Keep your provider constructor | [Explicit base URL and account header](/docs/get-started/connect-your-app) |
| Label requests already using a gateway | [Traces and headers](/docs/sdks/context) |
| Read your own gateway's records | [Ledger access](/docs/sdks/ledger) |
| Evaluate policy in your process | [Local routing and events](/docs/sdks/emission) |
| Manage a deployment | [Management client](/docs/sdks/management) |
| Handle failures and observe completion | [Request controls and observations](/docs/sdks/production) |

Managed BYOK requires a TokenTriage account key and provider key.
Use your assigned URL and a model enabled on your provider account.
Native Anthropic Messages is not a supported managed integration.

Self-hosted deployments use their own URL and `self_hosted` mode.
Path prefixes are preserved.

`init()` configures instrumentation. Routing starts when you create a configured
client or set your provider client's endpoint.
The core opens no connections at import time.

See the [Python](/docs/sdks/python) and [TypeScript](/docs/sdks/typescript)
references for language-specific APIs.
